The 2 key rated Parque de las Americas Apartments are situated around 100 metres from the sea front promenade and Playa del Bobo beach, in the popular resort of Costa Adeje on the south west coast of Tenerife.

The apartments are approximately 20km west of the Reina Sofia International Airport, and a few steps from the commercial centre of the resort where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1976 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2017, the modern low rise Parque de las Americas complex has a total of 64 guest rooms, offering a choice of both 1 and 2 bedroom self catering apartments, all of which are built over 2 floors overlooking a central pool area.

All guest rooms come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with an open plan kitchenette with electric cooking rings, microwave oven, toaster, fridge-freezer and kettle, a combined lounge/dining room with sofa beds, flat screen television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area.

In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes an outdoor freshwater swimming pools for adults, with integrated children's splash pool, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols.

Other leisure facilities include a cardiovasular gymnaium, equipped with a selection of fixed strength training equipment and an aerobics studio.
