Built in the 1960's and extensively refurbished during the winter of 1999/2000, the low rise Ten Bel Eureka complex has a total of 77 one bedroom self catering apartments, which are distributed between a number of two storeys buildings, and set amidst spacious sub-tropical gardens and sun terraces, around a large central pool area.

All apartments on the complex come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with refrigerator, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services, and both lounge and pool bars.

For business guests the nearby Ten Bel Alborada Apartments also offers the use of 3 large air conditioned conference and meeting rooms, seating a maximum of 500 people, all of which are equipped with a selection of audio visual aids including a 4mb ADSL internet connection point.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests at the Ten Bel Alborada Apartments includes a large 3,200m2 salt water swimming pool for adults, along with a further smaller children's splash pool, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a children's playground and mini club, along with 5 floodlit grass surface tennis courts, and both pool and table tennis tables.

The Ten Bel Alborada Apartments also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring rifle shooting, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment, with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
