The 2 key rated Sur y Sol Apartments are situated around 200 metres from the sea front promenade, in the popular resort of Los Cristianos on the south west coast of Tenerife.

The apartments are approximately 17km west of the Reina Sofia International Airport, and 500 metres from the commercial centre of the resort where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1984 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2007, the modern low rise Sur y Sol complex is a small development of 40 one and two bedroom self catering apartments, which are built over 2 floors, and set amidst spacious sub-tropical gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area.

Many of the apartments on the complex are privately owned and individually furnished and will typically come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with electric cooking rings, refrigerator and microwave oven, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area.

In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with integrated children's splash pool, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
