Hotel Tagoro - Costa Adeje

The 4 star rated Hotel Tagoro is situated around 800 metres from the Playa de Torviscas beach, in the Torviscas Alto district of the popular resort of Costa Adeje on the south west coast of Tenerife.

The hotel is approximately 20km west of the Reina Sofia International Airport, and a short walk from the commercial centre of the resort where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

The modern low rise Hotel Tagoro has a total of 205 guest rooms, which are built over 2 floors, and set amidst spacious sub-tropical gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area overlooking the Atlantic Ocean towards the nearby island of La Gomera.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower, hairdryer and cosmetic mirror, along with an open plan kitchenette with refrigerator, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, a direct dial telephone, satellite television with music channels, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area.

In addition to the above features, a number of Superior Rooms, which are located on the top floor of the hotel, also have a bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath, and all rooms are provided with a daily maid service, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen twice a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar with show cooking, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes 3 large outdoor freshwater swimming pools for adults, along with a further smaller children's splash pool, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols.

Other leisure facilities include a children's playground and mini club, as well as a sauna, squash court, a multi-sports activity area for basketball, volleyball, mini-football and tennis etc, and both pool and table tennis tables.

The Hotel Tagoro also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring rifle shooting, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
