Hotel Jardines De Nivaria - Costa Adeje

Part of the Adrian Group of hotels, the 5 star Hotel Jardines de Nivaria has an enviable location overlooking the sea front promenade and Playa de Fanabe beach, in the popular resort of Costa Adeje on the south west coast of Tenerife. The hotel is approximately 20km west of the Reina Sofia International Airport, and a few steps from the commercial centre of the resort where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

The modern Hotel Jardines de Nivaria has a total of 271 guest rooms, including 175 twin rooms, 77 Junior Suites and a further 22 Suites, which are distributed between 5 six storey buildings, and set amidst spacious sub-tropical gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area overlooking the Atlantic Ocean towards the nearby island of La Gomera.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers, along with a direct dial telephone, satellite television with music channels, safety deposit box available for rental, mini bar and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area towards the sea.
