The hotel is approximately 28km west of the Los Rodeos International Airport, and a short walk from the commercial centre of the resort, where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1970 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2015, the Hotel Concordia Playa has a total of 236 guest rooms, which are built over 10 floors.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with a direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace with exterior views.

In addition to the above features, a daily maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen twice a week.
