The 2 key rated Colonial Parque Apartments are situated around 1km from a natural black sandy beach, in the popular resort of Puerto Santiago on the rugged west coast of Tenerife.

The apartments are approximately 45km west of the Reina Sofia International Airport, and a short walk from the commercial centre of the resort where you will find a small selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Extensively refurbished during the winter of 2003, the modern Colonial Parque complex has a total of 135 guest rooms, including 42 one and two bedroom self catering apartments, all of which are built over 7 floors.

Many of the apartments on the complex are privately owned and individually furnished to a high standard, and will typically come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with an open plan kitchenette with cooker, microwave oven, fridge/freezer and washing machine, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, direct dial telephone, satellite television with music channels, safety deposit box available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the Atlantic Ocean towards the nearby island of La Gomera.

In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a small rooftop swimming pool for adults, with integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
