The 3 key rated Casablanca Apartments are situated around 800 metres from the Lago Martianez, in the quiet residential La Paz district of the popular resort of Puerto de la Cruz on the north west coast of Tenerife.

The apartments are approximately 28km west of the Los Rodeos International Airport, and 1.5km from the commercial centre of the resort, where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1985 and extensively refurbished during the summer of 2018, the modern Casablanca complex has a total of 287 guest rooms, offering a choice of both one and two bedroom self catering apartments and studio flats, all of which are distributed between 11 five storey buildings and set amidst spacious sun terraces, around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with an open plan kitchenette with electric cooking rings, microwave oven and refrigerator, a combined lounge/dining room with sofa beds, direct dial telephone, high speed WiFi internet access, a satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area.

In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces which are furnished with loungers and parasols.

Of special interest to fitness enthusiasts, the Casablanca Apartments also offers the use of a cardiovascular gymnasium, which is equipped with a selection of aerobic, spinning, weight and fitness machines and a sauna.

The Casablanca Apartments also provides a seasonal programme of evening entertainment with either live music, local folklore or flamenco shows several times each week.
